Book Giveaway: "Bitter Legacy" by H. Terrell Griffin
It's been a while since Fiction Flurry has done a contest or giveaway, hasn't it? How about this...between Sunday, December 26 and Sunday, January 2, 2011, leave a comment with your New Year's resolution, and you'll be entered for a chance to win a hard copy of H. Terrell Griffin's Bitter Legacy.
We'd love to see some resolutions about your writing goals for 2011, if you're are the writerly type. If you're not a writer, let us know what you're focusing on for the coming year. And if you leave a comment, please check back with Fiction Flurry to see if you've won. Heck, even if you don't leave a comment, come back to Fiction Flurry any old time you like.
What's your resolution for 2011?

I would like to eat dinner as a family more...it is extremly difficult with both my daughters and my husband are in organized activities nearly every night of the week but with a little work I think we can make it happen!

My New Years' Resolution is to enter three short writing contests in 2011. I need to kick start myself!

Hmmm, my New Year's Resolution? I've sold single articles to publications, this year I want to sell an article and then sell it as a reprint at least two more times. May not seem like much, but it's on my list for 2011.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful New Year!

Wow! You all are really amazing! These are some great goals. I am inspired to go write some of my own now :)
ReplyDeleteGet an agent. Although, if that's not realistic (and it's more of a goal than a resolution, I guess)...finish revisions on my various WIPs, finish the first draft I just started, and send out at least three agent queries a week (which might not sound like much, but for me it's quite a step).
ReplyDeleteTo get the edits and rewrites finished for the second in the Dragon's Doom series and to decide exactly what my plans are with it.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to try an read at least 0ne book a week in 2011.
